PESO 2009 #006

It is quite rare for me to see that there is no choice but to publish significant amount of technical data to accompany these shots.

Both were made with K10D set to auto white balance, PEF RAW format. The lens was SMCP 50/1.2 stopped down to f/8, f/9 with -0.7 to -1Ev of exposure compensation. The time was around 14:20. During post-processing I only changed contrast and clarity as the original images were somewhat dull in appearance.

It was probably the most peculiar weather that I've witnessed in Israel so far.

Baby Anat starts to smile

Well, the subject says it all. It happened probably a week ago or so.

PESO 2009 #005.1

A number of people on PDML pointed out that my last PESO looked a bit like an old post card. So here is an attempt to make one intentionally.

PESO 2009 #005

Yarkon river in Tel Aviv is sometimes compared with is Parisian counterpart. I haven't visited Paris yet, so I cannot approve or disprove of that comparison, but I can show you what I saw.

PESO 2009 #004

This year we had probably the warmest (or perhaps I might say the hottest) winter in the history of the modern Israel. It is basically spring all over the place.
